Business Administration & Customer Service - Level 1 & 2
Someone who wants to work in an office or business environment.
Someone who enjoys completing administrative such as:
- Dealing with phone calls and emails
- Planning and organising
- Handling information
The course inclues project-based learning, corporate visits and enrichment activities to give you a clear insight into the work of a Business Administrator.
The pathway includes a course from the Customer Service Pathway, as these skills are usually relevant to roles in business environments.
Applicants will be invited to attend an interview and take an initial assessment.
Applicants wishing to start at L2 will need to show evidence of the following:
- Maths/English GCSE Grade D/3 or Functional Skills L1
- Some GCSE at grades A-D/9-3 or L1 vocational qualifications,
Skills from these courses equip you for administrative or customer facing roles in a wide variety of departments, for example:
- IT SUPPORT
- CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAMS
These roles can be found in almost all industries: Banking, Finance, legal, Health, Education, Retail, Media etc
