Customer Service - Level 1 & 2
Someone who enjoys working with people in a professional environment. Tasks could include:
- Following a clear process to work with a customer
- Promoting a product or service
- Communicating with people via telephone, email or face to face
The courses include project-based learning, corporate visits and enrichment activities to give you a clear insight into the work of Customer Service
Applicants will be asked to take an Initial Assessment.
For Level 1 no previous qualifications are required.
For Level 2: Maths/English GCSE grade D/3 or Functional Skills EL3. Some GCSEs at A-D grade / L1 qualifications
Relevant entry level roles /industries Customer Service skills equip you for a diverse range of roles such as:
- Reception Assistant
- Facilities Assistant
- IT Support Assistant in many different sectors: Finance, Banking, Legal, Local authority, Charity, education etc.
